Cura Terrae is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our growing People team.

The opportunity… 

As Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and the wider People team to support recruitment activity across the business. You’ll be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring journey. 

You’ll join a supportive and collaborative People team that values knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement. This role offers a great opportunity to further develop your recruitment and talent acquisition expertise while contributing to exciting projects focused on recruitment systems, employer branding, and process optimisation. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we attract and hire people across the Cura Terrae Group. 

What you’ll be doing… 

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing methods. 
  • Screening applications and conducting initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for roles. 
  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment activities including interview scheduling, interview materials, offers, and right to work checks. 
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant candidate records within HR and ATS systems. 
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Providing an excellent candidate experience through professional communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives to promote Cura Terrae’s culture, values, and opportunities. 
  • Attending recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract top talent. 
  • Supporting recruitment-related projects including ATS development, process improvements, reporting, and training initiatives. 
  • Collaborating closely with the wider People team to ensure a consistent and high-quality recruitment experience across all Cura Terrae businesses. 

What we’re looking for… 

You’ll be an organised and confident recruitment professional with experience in sourcing and engaging candidates across a variety of roles. You’ll enjoy building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

About you… 

  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role. 
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools including LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches. 
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation. 
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and with attention to detail. 
  • Professional, confidential, and customer-focused approach.
